Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your order! If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we're pleased to accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for a full or partial refund*, excluding any return shipping costs.

Kindly return your product in its original, undamaged packaging. Should the packaging be opened, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to your refund total.

Regrettably, we are unable to process exchanges at this moment.

Please allow 24-48 business days for us to process your return request.

Refunds

It can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account, on rare occasions up to 3-4 weeks. The timing can vary depending on the payment method used. We recommend reaching out to your issuing bank directly with any questions.
