For us, homemade dressings have become meal savers when a dish needs a little something extra. Crafted with the perfect balance of zesty citrus and the umami richness of miso, this dressing adds a burst of flavor to double your greens!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp POWER GREENS
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- ¼ cup warm water
- 2-4 garlic cloves (or ½ tsp-1 tsp garlic powder)
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (juice from 1 lemon)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce

Directions:
- Whisk miso paste & warm water until well mixed.
- Add POWER GREENS & remaining ingredients, and whisk, shake, or emulsify to desired consistency. *Add the desired amount of garlic/garlic powder, based on how spicy your preference is. *Alternatively, you can add 1 mashed avocado with the miso paste to make it a creamy dressing.
Yield: Approximately 1 cup
